The Tubki Resort is now offering IN-HOUSE Hatha Yoga Classes conducted by a Certified Isha Hatha Yoga Teacher.
Isha Hatha Yoga programs are an unparalleled opportunity to learn practices derived from a yogic tradition maintained in its full purity and vibrancy for thousands of years. Practices include: Upa Yoga, Angamardana, Surya Kriya, Yogasanas and Bhuta Shuddhi.
Depending upon your requirements, time and interest, you can join one of the several Hatha Yoga classes being offered and derive the various benefits from these practices which amongst others; strengthens the spine, skeletal and muscular systems, brings about physical fitness and overall wellbeing and evolution of the body and mind to a higher possibility. The classes also include Chit Shakti Meditation, Isha Kriya, Shanmukhi Mudra, Mantra Yoga and other aspects of Yoga.
Tushar Rudra has undergone 1750 hours of intensive Teacher’s training at the Isha School of Hatha Yoga situated at the foothills of the Velliangiri Hills, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This transformative programme was a unique opportunity to first imbibe and deepen the practices and then to engage in rigorous training, enabling him to impart this ancient science in its purest form to as many people as possible.
ABOUT THE PRACTICES
